Over the course of a year, we follow four chefs profiles living in Sápmi, a large area in the north Scandinavia. They share their relationship with nature, food and raw materials and that they live in a pantry full of luxury ingredients that are free.

We chose to tell about Sápmi and Sami culture through food and flavors, a fascinating culture and philosophy of life that carries a strong and important message.
